Well I installed Chrome on my Kindle and as it is version especially designed for tablets it has certain features built in, to make browsing easier for example if you touch on of the tabs at the top of the page the tap enlarges so as to make sure you select the right one little thing like that to make browsing easier.
And so with things like that built into specialized browsers there is no need for a site developer to create specialized versions of his/her web sites.
Well that's what I think anyway but I maybe talking bollocks again...
