Ron knows having the right individuals in key positions is vital to success and Boullier's recruitment is certainly a major statement. Apparently before he took over, Whitmarsh too was talking to Boullier but wanted him in a lesser capacity. I'm not convinced both could co-exist and possibly explains why Whitmarsh has been shifted sideways.
