On the whole I would say Hamilton is just about average with restarts, which is to say, it's not his strongest suit.

He blamed Rosberg for his mistake. How he felt about doing so is neither here nor there.
He complained about his team mate in the first instance - wrongly. He accepted guilt for the Ricciardo incident. In my view - wrongly.
I've lost all interest in debating this issue since certain member seem hell bent on misrepresenting what I say.
If you don't believe Hamilton was being honest, you think he was lying. That's a different issue.
It's a shame good debate is spoilt by petty point scoring and silly comments.
But passing the buck isn't really his style.
