Sorry to disappoint, but the article says they're adopting yellow as their primary colour, to be distinctive. If they can find any sponsors, I'm sure they'll have a lot to say about it too.

I don't think they were suggesting it as a possible livery, but more using it as a graphic that suits their story, as Haas F1 has no livery yet. In any case that's nothing compared to this speculating design from the USF1 days.
