Mosley's spec series takes another blow.

Max's master plan to turn F1 into a spec series has taken another blow. After Lotus announced they will use Renault engines and the Red Bull drive train it's being reported that HRT are in negotiations with Williams to use their hydraulic system and gearbox for 2011 and dump the Xtrac equipment imposed on them during Mosley's tenure at the FIA.

Doesn't that depend on how much they are forking out for the Xtrac crap?
