Chanoch Nissany once drove an F1 car in free practice. He was awful at it. He never drove at a grand prix meeting again.

Personally I wouldn't count free practice drivers, but I don't know what the official definition is - I assume there isn't one.

Indeed. Brogan . However, I think teabagyokel should either a) be given the prize straight away since, in essence, he is unbeatable, or b) simply disqualified on the grounds of being too damn good.
