I was in Barcelona about 10 years ago and I was doing the tourist bit and wandering around the old Olympic site.

There was a car show on at the time and there were quite a lot of Ferrari's, Porsches and a whole plethora of other sports cars parked up in the Stadium. At the end of the day they all went for a little exhibition race around the Olympic Park and was quite good to watch.

This shows it could be possible but as always in F1 it will be down to money and politics.

Yeah but Barcelona's Olympic park is Montjuic Park, the Spanish F1 venues in the 60's and 70's, and it's route has been preserved.

With the major manufacturers appearing to show more interest in FE than F1 and FE working in the worlds capital cities I see F1 struggling in the years to come.
