I suspect that is a browser add-on or something on your PC as that is not part of the software.
To confirm that, nothing appears for me either logged in or out.
All that appears when logged out is an AdSense advert on the right hand side of the first post.
Today the adverts (prior to logging in) offered me - tickets to various Grands Prix, the chance to meet ladies in Burkas at Muslim Singles dot com. How very odd (the latter rather than the former)
