I don't know where they got them and don't care but I subscribed to Motor Trend on demand Motor Trend OnDemand - Watch Auto Shows & Motorsports Online and in addition to a bunch of original programming and motorsports not covered on any cable channels where I'm from, they have a Vault section and there are very interesting reviews of every Formula 1 season (except 1992 for some reason) from 1988 to 2012. They go over how every race unfolded with interviews with drivers and footage from the races, I'm up to 2002 and really enjoying them, plus I'm learning a lot. The service is also available on Roku, Apple TV and in the App store.
