I just checked and thought Hadjar had F2 sewn up after Silverstone but he has been shocking since in terms of results now Bortoleto is amazingly in with a shot of the title

yeah Aron really struggled title chance fallen apart. he's scored 1 in the 6 races. retired from the last 2 feature races. then Hadjar had a really bad round this weekend

on bortoleto it is very left field. but im assuming it's because nobody wants that 2nd seat. 5-6 drivers have turned it down & they seemingly dont rate bottas or zhou. why not go for youth. it cant be worse

1 of the weirder incidents ive seen. i thought it was 2018 for a minute, seeing 2 red bull liveried cars crashing out at T1

but hadjar hits the brakes. locks up straight into the barrier & only for his teammate to have the same problem follow him in seconds later

& the wheel are starting to fall off Hadjar campaign he left Spa after the victory with 36pt lead over 2nd & 56pt lead over Maloney. & when he put in on front row at monza thought he was massive favourite for the title with only 4 rounds left

now he scored nothing at monza & 15th for both races. there a very good chance he will be 2nd & maybe 3rd leaving Baku.

You know I can't believe the F2 guys have been sitting around for 2 months due to how the calendar is run

yeah ive always thought its bit silly this part of the season, the gap is the same as the previous 6 races. but i guess its not finalically viable to take them to austin

but on qualifying, its huge advantage to gabriel bortoleto. 2nd on the grid its looking pretty good for the title for him. but dino beganovic i cant say ive heard of him but to finish 6th in F3 & then on debut put it 4th on the grid is highly impressive.

Just checked Beganovic profile - Bosnian/Swede part of Ferrari academy and pretty much supported by Prema until now into DAMS . Should be interesting next season which team he will drive for in F2 so it seems

1st half of the incredible finale, upcoming very soon, the 2 big rivals will be Borteleto 9th S 2nd F & Hadjar 7th S 4th F, with the outsider 8th S 3rd F. so there is alot on the line,

borteleto wants to enter F1 as the Champion & join the Hamilton, Hulkenburg, Leclerc, Russell & Piastri as back to back F2 & F3 Champions. Hadjar feels needs to win the title for 1 of lawson or tsunoda to oust perez & get the RB seat

I don't think Borteleto is under as much pressure as Hadjar because he is in F1 and Hadjar is not yet

true. F2 champion is a nice bonus. Hadjar hasn't helped his cause. his title rival carved his way through the field to finish 6th & hadjar couldnt find his way past a driver on his 2nd F2 weekend
