Pre-Season F1 2025

We just have to pray one teams design doesn't unlock a dominant level of performance that turns the season into yet another one horse race.
yeah thats worryingly 2026. F1 over 24 & 25 shouldve got back to as great as ever. we shouldn't change anything. but 2026 will come along & go back to crap of 2004 2009 (if brawn had a budget) 2014 2022

I have been wondering if Red Bull deliberately lost the WCC last year, so that they could have greater wind tunnel time during 2025, to help them prepare for the new rules in 2026…

Mclaren are getting stronger they've unlocked the car but its really poor driver management that cost them the drivers title

They will get another Red Bull guy as well

Ferrari interest me because Loic Serra who came from Mercedes has had a year to look at making the car more competitive

Red Bull - many people are expecting them to struggle without Newey now and history shows that is what happened with Williams and Mclaren to some extent so get ready for more Max hissy fits or will they blame the engine partner who might be peeved off that Tsunoda is not in the A team

yes make up from the free sandwiches they need

As in deliberately losing the WCC , the Verstappen side don't care but the rest of Red Bull surely would not given seriously the debacle about Perez's re-signing and then quitting falls on Horner's head surely

i know its probably early for predictions. but 2025 has the potential to be 1 of the greatest seasons ever. we've got 7 drivers in 4 different teams. all capable of winning races & maybe being the world champion. we got Promising youngsters Bearman Bortoleto, Hadjar & of course Antotelli. id argue the strongest backmarker line up in F1 history with Sainz & Albon. we got 1 of the greatest drivers joining the most iconic team in ferrari.

Antonelli is most confusing feeder series driver that i can remember, as i have no idea what to expect. he could be 2nd coming of 2007 lewis Hamilton or he could flop. because ive seen races last year where he was outstanding & ive seen it where he was absolutely dreadful. so if you only saw Silverstone. when he was 3 seconds quicker a lap at a wet Silverstone than anyone or Hungary when he was magical. you would say its a no brainer to partner Russell, but then if you saw him at Monaco or where he's been anonymous at many races. you wonder if they've made a big mistake
in theory yes but Mclaren being the least disrupted team should be the team to beat
- I expect Verstappen will realise he can't keep driving everyone off the road this season with more drivers at the front that can win

Williams you'd think would be ahead of the midfield now

Interesting to see not that Haas/Toyota and Sauber/Audi go as teams in transition and whether they can vault VCARB given their pairings are stronger

Aston Martin - will probably work on another year to embed Newey and Stroll will junk a lot of chassis unless he really outperforms Alonson
