On Monday, the rover relayed "the first voice recording to be sent from another planet", and on Tuesday it will broadcast a song from artist Will.i.am as part of an educational event.

They're worried we'll ruin their landscape with wind farms.

The blue spots were created by the exhaust of the descent system as it hovered to lower the rover.

By the way, today the rover started sampling the Martian atmosphere.

How long has it been there now? It's not the speediest of things. I don't see Bernie getting interested in a Mars GP if the performance isn't there.
