Fernando's run was early in the day on a track that had just dried, Sebastian and Jaime' s stints were both later in the day, with more rubber and warmer track and air conditions.

Sebastian's drop off would tend to indicate he was on a soft a tyre.

McLaren word count back into the double century!

But only just! 213 in fact, 174 if you deduct the waffle at the beginning.

Lotus Renault had a bit of a lacklustre day but wrote an ebullient 338 words.

RBR's day was not particularly good and this was reflected in a 208 word, matter of fact description of their day. Compare that to Jerez day one of 263.

We got a 20 word tweet out of Mercedes, so i suspect they're not that over the moon with their full (minus 2 laps) race distance pace.
