Well it has been an absolutely amazing season, the 2 Manchester clubs fighting tooth and nail and we all thought it was won at the Ethiad, But QPR gave United hope,Dzeko and Augero finished off the title, until next season the title belongs to City. At the end of all that, City win in United fashion

I was out at the shops and "accidentally" missed Man City lifting the trophy, so depressing as a Man United fan! Great day though 32 goals, 1066 all season, a new record for a 38 game season

Made a change for the other lot to be under pressure today while we recorded a routine win. Very encouraging for next season.

What a day yesterday was in the football world. Brilliant late drama in the Premier League with Man City winning the title with seconds to spare. Feel a wee bit sorry for Man U considering it was their title for a bit until 2 crazy minutes at the Ethad at the end.
However that thug Joey Barton wants banning for 15+ games after his attitude at the Ethad, so what if Tevez started it first he should have been man enough not to hit back.
Championships gonna be a bit more harder next year with the likes of Blackburn, Bolton and possibly West Ham/Blackpool still around.

But over in La Liga - 2006 Champions League semi-finalist Villarreal have been relegated to the Segunda (note to Liverpool or any other big club, this could happen to you). In the biggest La Liga relegation shock in years. Malaga have joined Real Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia in the Champions League. With Atletico Madrid, Levante and Athletic Bilbao in the Europa League. Bilbao are in Europe again next season through the Copa Del Rey, as Barcelona are already in next seasons Champions League.

Over in Italy Juventus finished the Serie A season unbeaten and were crowd champions last week. Ac Milan and Udinese join them in the Champions League next season, with Serie A now only getting 3 teams to represent them in the Champions league. Lazio, Napoli and Inter Milan are in the Europa league next season.

I tell ya what the Europa leagues looking like it's gonna be good next season alot of big sides in it aswell.

News coming out of Spain is that Manchester United legend Ruud Van Nistelrooy is retiring from football after helping Malaga reach the champions league.
