Football 2011/12 Football Season

Well the Turkish match fixing trail has got underway now, will be interesting to follow and see what other punishments the clubs get.

Didn't we have a match fixing prob in Italy where Juventus were relegated to Serie B and deducted 30 points, while Ac Milan and Lazio stayed in Serie A and were deducted 10 and 15 points respectively back in the mid 00's?

Farce...

Everyone knows Inter we're behind all of that to gain advantage! :D

Yeah am a Juventus fan...and a Wolves fan...and I'm Scottish, and above all that, I think i am normal.

Bit of a shock result for Arsenal yesterday, 4-0! It's strange how the British teams are dropping like flies in the Champions League this year. Only Chelsea have a realistic chance of getting to the quarters now and they're not exactly in the best form...

:embarrassed: Well as an admirer of Arsenal FC i was rather embrassed by their performance last night and think that the team got what it deserved. A RIGHT ROYAL THRASHING!

Man City - are really starting to struggle with breaking teams down and finding the back of the net.

See Ref's United won 2-0 in Holland tonight.

He will sign mediocre players, again, or players, we've never even heard of.

He seems to of lost his touch when it comes to finding young players and then selling them on later for alot more money, like he used to do with players like Vieira, Anelka, and Henry (first time around).

Yep, the only decent young players coming through are Wilshere, Ramsey and Oxlade-Chamberlain. Although Szczesny was a good find, though.

Thanks to Henry 4 nothing

That was so bad....

You should go back to Chanel 5 fragrance just like your team!

Fabregas? Nasri? Flamini? Hleb?

Just one thing worth pointing out, whenever Arsene Wenger is interested in a good player, a bigger team with more money gets interested and gets them. That must really be irritating, esepcially for a club like Arsenal.

Every year is a squad rebuilding year for him.

What i didn't get is why Wenger put the brilliant Oxlade Chamberlian in the starting 11 on Wednesday night. The lads on fire at the moment and would have terrorised the Milan defence. Can't see Arsenal turning it around now what so ever.

Bit at a lousy end this weekend as Boro aren't playing.
