I like the less representational and more abstract ones, like post 20

Ya. Post 20 (Stewart, Tyrrell-Matra) is very impressionistic. Like Claude Monet...Waterlillies comes to mind. Similar to Posts 7 (Villeneuve, Ferrari), 31 (Hamilton, McLaren), 41 (Senna / Prost 1990) and 47 (James Hunt portrait).

All of them echoing the "Impressionists".

Not to put a dampner on this post, but do you have permission to reproduce these pictures Ray?

Was just wondering on the legalities, otherwise, I like the thread..

The pictures of these paintings are available in the public realm. The paintings themselves haven't been reproduced, per se'...and, I would think/hope, that this thread can only pique peoples' interest in Formula One/Grand Prix racing art and, as a result, 'help' the artists (in a round about way).

The mods can advise?

Cheers, Rick! :)
