Who will win the Pit War?

BMW are supposed to have one of the best pit crews so voted for them. I think it is possible to break the 2 second mark but i doubt it will be done on a consistent basis.

I really don't get it. When they banned refuelling, why didn't they just copy the Nascar-style pitstop?
2 impact wrenches - only 2 tires at a time.
