Gonna contribute some cash to the website when my Bank card is changed from a Cash card to a debit card. Hopefully by this time next month, as i want to help the website stay open forever .

Well you've actually purchased a once only upgrade Jen, so you can't renew it.
It's a lifetime upgrade.

If you want to do an annual payment then you would need to go for the Premium Contributor upgrade.
Renewal is automatic every year (unless you cancel it).

I should also point out that anyone who does purchase the Premium Contributor upgrade but then cancels it after a year or more, will then be given the Contributor upgrade. So don't be too worried about cancelling if you wish to do so
