Turning the MP4-24 into a Grand Prix winner

Not sure if this is of interest or not.
It's a series of interviews with McLaren personnel about how they turned the MP4-24 from a back marker into a Grand Prix winner.

Part 1 - Martin Whitmarsh "Sometimes you have to step backwards to go forwards"

Part 2 - Pat Fry "It's mainly hard graft"

Part 3 - Jonathan Neale "There is no golden bullet to make everything perfect overnight"

Part 4 - Paddy Lowe "You eat an elephant in small chunks"

Very informative - it reminds me of my grandpa's old saying "You can't polish a turd"

He'd then finish "but you can put a bow on it"
