I'm pretty sure that all of the drivers could compete at the level that Kimi Raikkonen will next season. Ferrari have got themselves a safe option, so that's nice for them.

So with Button confirmed at Mclaren for 2016 that means the 'Hierarchy' is still intact.

If the Red Bull teams do withdraw that will mean that the only driver we will have on the grid to have progressed from taking a junior cateogry to winning an F1 Grand Prix this decade will be Pastor Maldonado.
