Football All things Football

Everything they did went in and the chances we had we didn't take.

A fair result for Stoke but the way we play, a number of fans have been saying that we'd get taken apart like that by at least one team this season.

Embarrassing but nothing to worry about.

Clearly there is a list of one when it comes to the recipient of said prize.

Infantino is a disaster. I never thought it was possible to be worse, and I almost find myself longing for the days of Sepp Blatter. He’s just as corrupt, but now it’s done in plain sight. Football has become a secondary factor, with the 48-team World Cup being ridiculous, 32 was perfect, and now there’s talk of 64 in 2030.

The 2030 World Cup is shaping up to be a mess, prioritizing money, paving the way for Saudi Arabia to bid for 2034 over football, after Australia was seemingly pressured out of competing. so we have Argentina Paraguay Uruguay, Morocco Portugal Spain all hosting games

delighted & relieved at the derby win as i knew that couldve been a banana skin, espically with some of recent performances ive seen. we have been so jekyll & hyde recently in games often the same game. great 1 half dreadful the next

credit goes to players who turned up today. as losing to "worst Wednesday team in there history" wouldve haunted us for decades

thats sheffield derby sorted. now the CTA v Portsmouth & FB

This would be fun. Maybe the two Liverpool and Manchester teams could think about doing the same. Even better, merge the two Glasgow clubs.

nice turn out for Portsmouth. as thats a very long journey. although not sure about the luminous hi vis away shirt

yeah this i doubt would ever happen. but this is our owners. would be hypothetically worrying for our rivals. as its so much a merger as eliminating our rivals.

because united have the better players & facilities

Back in 1982 when Bristol City survived bankruptcy by the skin of our teeth our wonderful neighbours attempted to by our stadium from under us.

An act that helped turn what was before that a relatively healthy rivalry into one of the most bitter in the country.

If Sheffield Utd's owners have gone in with a bid for Wednesday then I'd say that's disgusting and totally classless.

i think that was probably best performance of the season. not seen us this dominant for the full 90 for long while. every player was decent & probably the best ive seen from cannon

Bamford, he looks really good addition for the last 2 games ive seen. but i can see why you might not like him FB even the kop were singing "bamford is a :censored: " & he was loving it

i agree, our owners couldn't have had worst start to ownership
  • signed a 10m striker, who taken 11 months to start to show promise
  • sacked arguably the greatest manager in the club history.
  • hired a the worst manager in the club history, as his successor
  • bought quite alot of flops in august transfer window. that will be shipped out in January
  • had to eat humble pie to bring wilder back, to save us from us a humiliating relegation
  • now tried to embarrassingly eliminate the opposition & make sheffield a 1 club city

thankfully the EFL stepped in. because i dont want Wednesday to go bust, because i love beating them. its better than promotion. winning that "cup final"
