Movies The worst film you ever saw.

I have seen all the Bond movies and even though I believe you can't really compare them because they have been made in different eras with different equipment (just like F1 World Champions), entertainmenwise Skyfall was one of the best. Nice storyline, great acting and a lot of calm periods (something that the utterly shitty Quantum of Solace didn't have. This one was a disgrace). I especially liked the last part of the movie starting with Bonds and Ms escape to Scotland. Some great settings and just well executed filmmarking.

Skyfall stinks of them realising that Danial Craig is as wodden as your grannys fancy dinning table and them having to shape the script round the real actor, Judy Dench, for her to carry the film for him.

Not that Dench is without reproach. What the buggery was she doing in Chronivals of Riddick? agent sacking time.

Not sure if this counts as I barely watched any of it as I was flicking through channels last night. I don't even know the name of the film. It was a jackie chan film which means normally its the bad but good style of film directing bit this one also had Lee Evans in. More than enough reason to instantly change channel.

Bond films have evolved through time

you had Sean Connery with his cigarette and quite suave to Roger Moore who I thought got all the cheesy lines as well as womanising antics... it was a washout with Dalton.

Brosnan started off well but then they ran out of ideas as Die Another Day proved

Craig is more about being all action and serious compared to previous versions and Skyfall was better than Quantum of Solace.

----------

THe Bourne films have upped the level in what you do with action movies which others maybe compared to now

I enjoyed Skyfall - Bond is a cartoon character (at least in the movies) so if you approach any of the films with that in mind you won't be disappointed. BTW- the original Casino Royale (Niven/Sellars/Allen etc.) is the best Bond film of all.

Zombie Strippers. It's about strippers who become zombies with completely unrelated plot points, appalling effects & make-up, appalling storylines and a Mexican with a donkey thrown in. It's so bad that it's almost good - but we were drunk when we watched it so I might be rating it too highly.

It's got Jenna Jameson & Robert Englund. Both top of their respective fields of film. Sadly together they didn't have the chemistry needed.

I did record Sharknado the other night. Not watched it yet though, I did however watch Dead or Alive, it's a good job I was out drinking before or my brain cells could have been permanently damaged!
