Welcome to the forum, O Danny Boy Well, it worked for Red Bull when the ironically named Scott Speed got into STR, and it worked even better for McLaren when they (god forbid) signed Michael Andretti! I think they should find a quality US driver, but they must beware IRL form, as they could get suckered by the Andretti/Bourdais trap.
