Should motorsports be in the Olympics?

The original Olympics included chariot racing.

If they're going to have equestrian events, they should bring this back - I'd totally watch, especially if they included those big blade-thingies sticking out the side of the wheels!

As cool as it would be it doesn't fit at all. However a World Motorsports Championship event would be cool put every event imagineable in it and have an equal car type deal.

Its money ran out. The World Cup of Motorsport was fun to follow and some good drivers took part, it was a shame that it burnt out.

My idea was like a one or two week event held every year somewhere different with open wheel cars, sports cars, gt cars, touring cars, bikes, motocross, rally, etc.

They used to have such athletic sports as poetry, literature & town planning, so I'm not sure why motorsports couldn't be fitted in!
