Grosjean easily.
Had great pace, and aside from a few silly incidents (albeit one really stupid one), didn't do much wrong.

A few? Up until Spa he had a silly incident in every other race. That's not a few.

Out of the four listed, Grosjean, but I think Pic did really well actually, and was a true rookie to boot.

 

[Johnny Carwash]

Charles Pic, as he gave Timo Glock a good run for his money this season which is no bad thing.
