The FIA has started accepting applicants for the 13th team slot for 2011. Doubtless Mr Stefanovic will be filling out the forms as I write this, although I suspect he may have to build a new car, and GP2 team Durango have expressed an interest:

Obvioulsy quite a different discipline to GP2, especially as they won't be able to pop along to Dallara and buy a chassis - or could they?

They probably couldn't buy one of the shelf, but I'd imagine there is nothing to stop them coming up with a design and asking Dallara to build it for them?

After the farcical selection process for this year, I expect we will see a final grid sometime early March 2011?
