Cadilac saga has barely ended & we are back again for final spot on the grid

during the Miami GP at a business forum co-hosted, that he's been working on proposals for a new F1 team quietly in the background for over year

he said, What I can tell you is that the financiers are serious people & they have the financial to fund a F1 team. The car manufacturer that also wants to join F1's in place.

I can't get my head around the Cadillac name being in F1. I can't think of many American brands less associated with speed and motorsports.

It would be like the Jaguar formula e team being branded as Land Rover.

It would have made sense to go with Chevrolet surely?

i know what you mean as when you think Cadillac you think.

but is Chevrolet not "luxury" enough. but wouldnt be the 1st weird name renault turning into alpine a car brand ive still yet to see in person

It is starting to look more likely that F1 could have a 12th team by 2027, with Caterham linked to a return through SKM Racing. As highlighted in this article, the group is planning bases in both the UK and Germany and believes the current F1 setup makes it much easier for newcomers than it was in the past. If all goes to plan, Caterham could be back on the grid within the next few years.

The driver line up chosen by Cadillac must be the least inspiring since Haas Lola announced Alan "fat bloke" Jones and Patrick "has been" Tambay in 1985/86.

Herta more than got the talent to be in F1. with much better luck with strategy & reliability. his record would be closer to his talent with more wins & maybe a championship. as it became a running joke last few years that everytime he was near the front. something guaranteed to go wrong. either his car was unreliable or he was screwed on strategy

just shame he can only be a test driver. because of the stupid way the super license point are given
