Osella once made a car called the FA1L and it did quite regularly

132 Grand Prix for Enzo Osella's team. 5 measly points. Would have been just 2 if it wasn't for the boycott at Imola 82. Just incredible ineptitude. Somewhat amazingly though, Jo Gartner finished 5th in a second Osella car at Monza 84, but was ineligible to score as they were a one car entrant in 1984.

Eddie Cheever debuted the FA1 in 1980 and Olivier Grouillard concluded the Osella era with the FA1M-E in 1990. To say they were behind on the times by the end is an epic understatement.
