Like Martin Brundles look back but never stare, as it sounds scary and really does get the juices following ready for action.

But i'm not a really big fan of the GO, GO, GO one it just doesn't do it for me.

Seems to me that Brundle has dropped his "Look, but never stare" line. I don't think he's used it in quite a while.

I like 'look but never stare' at red lights, it was my mantra and I was pretty handy off start. People around me don't like it tho

I like the `look but don't stare` as it's a bit spooky and it worked a treat for me in my karting days. In fact I'd always look just to the left or right of the lights so I didn't concentrate on it too much. Can't do better than Murray though, I'm afraid
