Due to the unprecedented growth in recent weeks, once again we are expanding the moderating team.
The role will cover all of the Formula One section forums, working alongside Speshal.
The last few weeks will have given you some idea of what the job entails.
Be aware that it can require quite a lot of spare time, so please bear that in mind if you are considering applying for the role.
You will be required to log in periodically throughout the day, preferably during the busy periods, and read through the new posts; splitting, merging, and moving threads and posts as required.
You will need tooccasionally frequently nudge topics back on topic, split side discussions off to new threads whenever necessary quite a lot, and make sure everyone abides by the site Rules & Guidelines.
You will also need to be impartial, unbiased (when it comes to moderating decisions) and above all fair and balanced.
Of course you're still allowed to have an opinion or favourites when posting on the forum - being a member and being a moderator are separate roles.
