I think this list should also include those Grand Prix drivers who were killed in testing sessions rather than just those who died during GP week-rends. Such as Patrick Depailler at Hockenheim in 1980 or Elio De Angelis at Paul-Ricard in 1986 for example.

I am just heading out to Berkhamsted. I will look into it when I come back to London on Sunday.
