Sebastian Vettel overtook under yellow flags but no penalty was awarded as he made a large reduction in speed through the yellow flag area and understood that the car he overtook was slowing with an obvious problem

Jenson Button had an engine failure due to a cooling cover on the left sidepod not being removed which caused the engine to overheat
Jarno Tulli attempted to overtake Karun Chandhok at the last corner which resulted in Trulli's car going over the top of Chandhok's
Mark Webber became the first Australian to win the Monaco Grand Prix since Sir Jack Brabham in 1959
Michael Schumacher finished 6th but was given a 20 second time penalty for overtaking under the safety car

Lucas di Grassi started from the pit lane after replacing the engine
The race started before the grid had fully formed up
Sebastian Vettel tried to pass Mark Webber for 1st position on lap 40 which resulted in them colliding and Sebastian Vettel retiring. Mark Webber was able to pit for repairs and still finish in 3rd place
Canada
Karun Chandhok was demoted 5 grid places due to a gearbox change
Mark Webber was demoted 5 grid places due to a gearbox change
Vitaly Petrov was given a drive-through penalty for jumping the start
Vitaly Petrov was given a drive-through penalty for causing a collision
Nico Hülkenberg was given a drive-through penalty for speeding in the pit lane
Felipe Massa finished 15th and was given a 20 second time penalty for speeding in the pit lane
Europe
Mark Webber drove into the back of Heikki Kovalainen whilst preparing to overtake him at over 300 km/h. This resulted in Webber's car launching into the air, flipping upside down and crashing through an advertising hoarding before landing back on the circuit upside down, bouncing back onto its wheels and sliding into the barriers. Mark Webber was completely unhurt and was able to get out of his car unaided, suffering only a few cuts and bruises
Lewis Hamilton was given a drive-through penalty for overtaking the safety car as it emerged from the pit lane and crossed the second safety car line half a car's length before him
Jenson Button, Rubens Barrichello, Robert Kubica, Adrian Sutil and Nico Hülkenberg were given 5 second time penalties for failing to stay above the minimum lap time when the safety car was deployed
Sébastien Buemi finished 8th but was given a 5 second time penalty for failing to stay above the minimum lap time when the safety car was deployed

Force India were reprimanded for fitting tyres which were not allocated to the relevant car number
Ferrarri were fined $100,000 for implementing team orders after Fernando Alonso passed Felipe Massa for the lead on lap 49. The case was also referred to the FIA World Motorsport Council for further consideration
Hungary
The right rear wheel of Nico Rosberg's car was not fitted correctly after his pit stop and came loose as he left his pit box, striking Williams pit crew member Nigel Hope who sustained minor injuries
Robert Kubica was released from his pit box into the path of Adrian Sutil, causing Sutil's retirement
Robert Kubica was given a 10 second stop-go penalty for an unsafe pit lane manoeuvre when his team released him into the path of Adrian Sutil. Renault were fined $50,000
Mercedes GP were fined $50,000 for releasing Nico Rosberg with an unsecured wheel
Sebastian Vettel was given a drive through penalty for failing to maintain a gap of less than 10 car lengths whilst behind the safety car
Michael Schumacher was given a 10 place grid demotion at the next race for illegitimately impeding Rubens Barrichello during an overtaking manoeuvre
