F1 2009 Head To Head - Overall

The following 2 charts show the comparison for qualifying, race and fastest lap respectively.
The first is with individual totals, the second is with stacked totals.

Can you indicate on the graphs retirements, failures in qualifying etc. in order to better compare the people based on performance?

I was originally going to do that but decided to just have it as simple as possible.

However, I'll do it tomorrow and see how it looks.

I've added the qualifying and race positions to the tables.

I just need to find out all the drivers who were affected during qualifying now and annotate those accordingly.

Edit: Finished. If I've missed anything, let me know.

Webber blocked by Sutil in Q1 in Turkey.

So changes to the scores could be:

QUALI: HAM 4-2 KOV
VET 7-0 WEB

RACE (with no DNFs): HAM 2-1 KOV
MAS 3-2 RAI
KUB 3-3 HEI
ALO 5-2 PIQ
TRU 4-2 GLO
BOU 3-3 BUE
WEB 4-3 VET
ROS 5-0 NAK
FIS 4-2 SUT
BUT 6-1 BAR

There was no official protest or penalty for that incident though was there?
As such I can't really include it otherwise then we'd have to include all other drivers' claims that they were blocked.

If anyone can think of any other useful head to head data let me know and I'll see if I can add it.

So Nelsinho Piquet and Mark Webber finally break their ducks at Germany.

A fairly unusual qualifying session in that Nick Heidfeld, Nelsinho Piquet, Mark Webber, Kazuki Nakajima and Rubens Barrichello all went against the trend and beat their respective team mates.

Against all the odds, new boy Jaime Alguersuari managed to finish ahead of his team mate Sébastien Buemi in his very first race.

Nico Rosberg is the only driver who has finished ahead of his team mate in every race so far.
