I don't understand the "lack of time" statement. Considering how early RB wrapped up the Championships, I would have thought he would have had more time than anyone else, since he could have started earlier.From what I understand, the main problem is that the amount of heat the engine generates is about 25% more than he anticipated. So who gets the credit for that "oops", Renault or Newey?
