So a combination of some superb late season form from Verstappen and some very bad luck from Sainz means that super Max takes all three titles in the end. It was a close call on the quali championship and to be honest Sainz looked superior there most of the year. It was telling that he was only 3rd in the race championship though.

A doth of the cap has to be made to Nasr as well who did manage to keep pace with the Torro Roso boys despite being in the inferior Sauber. yes he did it by picking up results when they retired but to finish first, first you have to finish.

The Manor boys were fairly respectable with the highlight being Merhi picking up a rookie race win in GB.

Would be interested on your views on whether you think the Rookie championship reflects accuratly what we've seen. Also interested in your views on what to do next season. We only have one rookie confirmed so far (Palmer) and whilst Rossi would still just squeeze into the criteria (completed 5 races or less) that might be the lot. I was thinking of doing a rookie vs softmere championship or something.

Anyways - Max Verstappen is the CTA rookie of the year!
