Massa. Because he's exactly where Fernando wants him.
Or Johnny Dumfries.

Dont know if this has been posted
As has been mentioned, would Ferrari risk taking on a driver just back from injury? And if he is the same driver would they risk taking on a driver who has every capability in beating Alonso? In any case, I don't think Kubica would abandon Renault after the faith they have shown in him.
So Kubica is not as good as Massa and wouldn't challenge Alonso? interesting one
As for the other 3 you've mentioned - Trulli got very near Alonso at Renault until Flav got rid of him and Glock matched Trulli at Toyota whilst D'Ambosio is matching Glock so calling any other them medocre or cheap is a little bit of an insult to em.
I don't think those stats tell the whole story Sarinaide. Kubica has never had a car that could ever consistently challenge for wins. The only time that ever happened was midway in 2008 with BMW when he got his win but then they bemusingly decided to stop developing that car - they gradually fell miles behind Mclaren, Ferrari and even Renault but he still finished 3rd in the championship. You can hold the argument that Heidfeld beat him in 2007 (rookie season) and 2009 (that car was a dog and was built more for Heidfeld). His performances last year at the drivers' tracks - Spa, Monza and Suzuka - were more than impressive. Anyway, Robert Kubica's talent is for another thread and I have already stated elsewhere how highly I rate him.
....There seems to be this notion that Alonso decides on partners by who can beat him and who can't....
Alonso's partners are actually chosen for him . I can't see Luca di Monte agreeing to anyone other than himself deciding on who drives for Ferrari.
Agree Luca was the one who told Schumacher he was getting Raikkonen for 2007 and Schumacher will have to accept that he was no longer going to be No 1 and needed to pass on successorship at Ferrari
