His arrogance has been breathtaking and the outcome was inevitable, in saying that Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond will be picked up by a rival broadcaster who will repackage the same format with a different name and all will continue. Unfortunately for the BBC the broadcasters in other countries such as Top Gear USA (which is a sad copy) will also shut shop and then realign themselves with the new Clarkson venture and the big looser will be the BBC. Very sad that appalling behaviour will end up winning out.
