I don't think he feels that way in that he feels he said he had no regrets. I personally feel he did what he could given the circumstances, he's driving the worse car of the grid and consequently he arrived last, his teammate was one lap ahead true but he has second last nonetheless. I remember reading somewhere in an interview something along the following lines: "On the first lap, when I could drive the car ...". Obviously he needs to improve and he will but there's only so much he can do when the car he has at his disposal is "under-developed"
