Which should serve as a warning to us all about what we publish about ourselves online.

The company that identified these two did a lot of their search through the web.

Still can't believe May has done nothing. Talk of freezing Russian oligarchs assets, woopday doo, but nothing has actually happened. Just talk.

    Weak and pathetic.

Not a great deal of options really.

    What should we do?

    Expell the Russian ambassador.
    Stop trade with Russia.
Stop Russians travelling to the UK.

    Plenty options .
All of them saying we are not a push over. This was an act of a rogue state.

I say we take off and nuke the entire site from orbit.

It's the only way to be sure.

Greenlantern101 I guess the government couldn't be certain what the repercussions of any of those actions would be and are content to finger wag and call them very naughty boys.

We tend not to take serious action (however bloody well justified in this case) against countries that actually do have weapons of mass destruction.

Those ideas are hardly going to start a war. They would send a clear message that there are real repercussions to using chemical weapons on UK citizens.

Actually on reflection I’m not for nuking the site, I’d miss the place. Anyway the Russian spy’s aren’t the problem . It’s Bellingcat we need to worry about, and I don’t think they are looking for F1 industrial spies, well if they are, I shouldn’t think they’re going to look at the demented ramblings on CTA.

Greenlantern101 I quite agree with you mate but some civil servant would have done a cost benefit analysis and created a spreadsheet and stuff.

Hysteria continues.... And in the course are outright fakes.
However, this is not the first time in history.

How the whole world was sold a monstrous lie over Lockerbie:
Author claims it WASN'T Libya who bombed the 747 jumbo jet -
and the prime suspect is alive and living in Washington

    By Douglas Boyd
    Lockerbie: The Truth

But even such examples do not make people think, and what will happen after hystery?
    Didn't enough war?

Catch up Olegg, that story has been known for ages. We have investigative journalists over here and there is a magazine that I subscribe to called Private Eye which has been publishing stories like this for years. Its well known for example that the US embassy in Germany posted a note a few days before the bombing cautioning embassy staff about potential bomb threats. This is old news.
You may not.be aware of that because we don't tend to throw our investigative journalists in prison.

    Yes... it is ridiculous.
Name Assange you certainly do not know...
You talk about what you safely judge solely by your lying media.
You just once again shows your views by templates.

    Olegg,

Julian Assange hasn't been thrown into prison.
He has chosen to avoid arrest and trial by seeking refuge in the Ecuador Embassy.
He is free to leave whenever he wants.

I remain highly sceptical of our mainstream media, as everyone should but I place a good deal of faith in Private Eye who, for over 60 years have uncovered a number of important stories involving all aspects of political and society life.

So, I presume you 100% refute the claim that both the "Russian tourists" who recently appeared on TV in connection with their visit to Salisbury, have been positively identified as ranking members of the GRU?

Don't be silly cider_and_toast that is all down to the lying British media who print the lies given by the UK government. Next he will be saying that the spying in Holland was actually set up by the team that brought us The Bodyguard and was a diversion from the truth to hide the fact that it was set up by the Queen. None of those whose faces were put on the photos by the CIA have ever been outside Omsk where they are local bus drivers.
