I am trying to think how the team can drop Ericsson

Strangely the livery looks similar to Haas's first season livery:whistle:

Disappointed for Giovinazzi.. it seems like those practice crashes in China did not impress Marchionne enough

you dont have to ask me if i liked the livery. i always think red & white looks very nice;) LOL

although i really like giovernazzi & his great performance in Melbourne was no surprise because despite being a gp2 rookie he often outshone his more expierenced teammate Pierre gasly. but i can see why they have kept Ericsson on because youve got bar there in which you can judge how leclerc doing. although i can speak higher of the man he is 1 of greatest talents of that series under either guise

It will be interesting to see how LeClerk does against Sony Erricsson. I'm expecting him to be a LOT faster.

Ericsson now a bona fide successor to Fangio. LOL

cider_and_toast is this thread name being changed to Alfa Romeo Sauber or are we sticking with Sauber still?

100% Alfa Romeo Sauber. Go for it.

    I love an Alfa.

    I want a Giulietta Veloce

Nah, Alfa are a sponsor. Does this mean we need to change the Williams thread to Martini Williams?

Isn’t Alfa Romeo Sauber analogous to BMW Sauber.

No I see FB point. They aren't supplying engines or building the car are they?

Wehrlein says Sauber going backwards masked his progress this year

    ------------------------------------------

On a different note if Sauber wins a race should that be credited to Sauber or Alfa Romeo

Or is that Alfa Romeo are basically going to be rebadged Ferrari engines from this year or next year?

I was giving praise to Ericsson for the points finish in Bahrain and, whilst I stand by that, you have to remember that running a slightly risky strategy and being there to mop up some points when some of the front runners failed to finish has been the Sauber teams meat and potato's for over twenty years now. Nice to have them back in the mix.
