My favourite cheese on toast recipe is, cover the slice with French or Dijion mustard add Grated cheese, black pepper and worcester sauce, grill until golden brown and eat. Yum Yum.

I think its strong flavours.. nice in small amounts.
I'm the same with crab paste.... and blue cheese.
...and I like to add some Organic Crunchy Peanut Butter for that slow-release energy throughout the morning...
