GP3 2013

Just watched the GP3 race. The stewarding was an absolute joke. Several drivers took absurd shortcuts, ignored yellow flags and even more of them drove like complete idiots. They were receiving no warnings or penalties during the race. The worst transgressor was Reggalia who leapt places on several occasions and maintained track position over Elinas when he was clearly slower. What did he get? 20 seconds added to his race time for "not respecting track limits and ignoring yellow flags!

Meanwhile, there were quite a few laps where sections of track were under yellows with marshals all over the place just a metre or so from the track, seemingly taking an age to remove stricken cars. Absolute farce. Whiting and his numpties must have been out to supper. Let's hope they are awake during the F1 GP tomorrow!

Oh, and if more GP3 guys and gal's are likely to jump straight into F1 then they need to know the limits and that there will be a price to be paid for exceeding them. A penalty is cheaper than a spell in hospital. It's not rocket science is it?.

But well done to Danny Kvyat for staying completely clear of all of that nonsense and streaking to victory in the feature race and the title! Lad looks quick lets hope he copes with the step up.

As for the rest if the GP3 field I think the only honourable mention should go to Elinas who looked quality all year in a car that wasn't the best and was only notbin the championship race because he was taken out at the first corner two races running through no fault of his own.
