What a time to change Sauber for Mclaren, I would have went way out of the running. Could have been better if Button's race wasn't ruined by Senna. I had a feeling the Ferrari engine was going to let me down this weekend but it will be back in Spa. Despite that, 922 isn't too bad
Well. I debated long and hard about making changes on Thursday but didn't. It seemed a bit like tempting fate. Glad now
All the transfers I've made for the last couple of races seem to have back-fired .... .... for goodness sakes, RBR, if you're going to cheat try not to get ****ing caught. So, I've decided to completely ignore this game for the next 4 or 5 weeks. .......
I've got some big upgrades planned for after the break. Screw the gentlemen's agreement on the two week factory closure - it's every man for himself!
Blimey! What the hell happened to jez101, GermanF1 and Boyle for all those races!? Ah look! My campaign went tits up just after the British GP, might as well make a habit of it.
It's more or less luck, I guess. And lol at the beginning of the season I thought that "activating reserver driver" means to replace your second driver by the reserve driver. I never saw why this could be useful. I really was stupid. Hadn't I finally realized what it meant and done it at Hungary I wouldn't have had that great result. But anyway it's all luck. Just imagine what would have happened if Grosjean and Kimi would have crashed after that Kimi pitstop and retired. Instead of a Lotus 2-3 it would have been crap for me.
Two words. Mercedes Benz Bahrain was a shocker. Then I thought it couldn't get any worse and stuck with the engine for Barcelona. It did (get worse). Then I picked Maldonado after his win and ended 800 points behind....
All the races up to Valencia cost me, as did the all the transfers to get me out of a dire situation. Fighting hard to get out of the bottom 5 with only 2 transfers remaining. Think the Ferrari engines going to cost me for the rest of the season, don't have enough money to replace it
I took the gamble on the Mercedes, it didn't work so I abandoned ship and jumped to Ferrari, got some extra cash to play with and I've been climbing the table as well
I've discovered that who ever I put in my team then has a nightmare on the track or otherwise has a down turn in form. So knowing that, you can pay me to noble your least favorite driver this season! Highest cash bid wins and that driver will be added to my FF1 team.
Game on.... and I thought the first half of the season was exciting! Now got to wait a month, bah humbug!
