If he did a full pit-stop, and etc., thats not a bad time! Presumably he's not on low fuel because he can't refuel*!

Those Schumi laps are interesting. He seemed to go easy on his first lap out of the pits and the subsequent loss of lap time hasn't been as bad as on previous stints...?

Probably a different compound but might be indicative of something...vaguely interesting...possibly.
 
Schumacher continues his race simulation after stopping for the third time on what would be lap 50.

Now on the option tyre he sets his fastest lap of the sim, a 1:27.569.
 
The track is full of cars so it is surprising how consistent his times are... But as I write he loses a second on that lap!

Lots of variables there, not only the possible four tyre compounds and the fuel. But there is the damp track, time of day and track temperature. Just about everybody else did their quickest time during similar short runs in the morning when the track had just dried out.
