Was this on the radio broadcast or on the actual FP2 red button thingy?
Well I heard it during the online streaming broadcast but I think the commentary is also on radio 5 Live simultaneously?

I heard it when I was watching on the TV red button bit, but I think it's also broadcast on Radio 5 Live Sports Extra.

Ok so far we have someone from Sauber and someone from Renault F1 registered on here. We know that Brian Moore has posted on here too in the past so that's 3 significant names on our very own CTA!

Gawd...I have such a stupid starry-eyed head on at the moment. I'm a grown man. I should be ashamed! I want to know who they are though, (although it's almost certain the [now ex] Renault member is Pat Symonds)!! :D

"The FIA does not publish overtaking statistics but cliptheapex.com have compiled a wealth of data on the subject, which can be used to identify the least overtaking-friendly circuits"

Pretty much free advertising there Bro :p

That is very cool.

Nice to see some in depth analysis there too. And I quote "...the hardest tracks to pass on last year were Monaco, Hungary... there was a lot more overtaking in wet-weather races..." Who woulda thunk? :D

Well done Bro, Galahad and Keke - hope I haven't missed anyone out - brilliant result :1st:

That's top notch stuff there! Well done all the chaps here who put in so much time and effort to make this such a great - and obviously invaluable - site :D

This is fantastic.

From the earliest days of the free server "Motorsport Portal" website, through the first generation CTA to this, the CTA The Next Generation, it's a salutation to all you's folk that's done all the hard work and those for their contributions: Brogan, gribbli, Glalahad and Keke*.

Well done and long may it continue! :cheer:

EDIT: I forgot to mention the Mods..! cider_and_toast & FB. :embarrassed:

*and anyone else that I forgot to mention...

Possibly old news but I thought I better mention it.
Clip The Apex is quoted as the source of data in the April issue of F1 Racing.

Delete as it is old news...

Sorry. :(
