So time for the now annual vote to find out who is CTA's official favourite driver.

Here's how it works. You can vote for up to 3 of your favourite drivers. Vote is completely anon. Vote closes on 20th June and the sites official favourite driver will be declared. As per usual I will tweet at them to tell them - and whilst whoever the driver will not respond or acknowledge that tweet - and the winner will have an honour even greater than a world title or driver of the day (do they give a point out for that yet?). CTA's current official favourite driver is Danny Ricciardo and will be interesting whether that popularity has worn off in last 12 months.

So get voting and (if you want to) tell us who has earned a tick in the box. Just a reminder like last year - this thread is a temple of positively. Tell us why you like someone not why you don't like someone. Also respect the fact we all have different favourites - that's what makes life fun.

Get voting.

Max, Seb, Lewis.

Max is no.1 for me, no explanation required. Still love watching Seb giving it his best, even if it's not enough, great respect for him on and off track. I was tempted to vote Leclerc no.3, seems like he's on the way to achieving great things.... perhaps. Yet to prove it for me. Lewis on the other hand. On track always electric, and off track I've warmed to him over the last couple of years. Not sure if I'd have him over for tea quite yet, but he can sleep easier now, or when he reads this post, that he's got my third vote ;)

will you RasputinLives be doing most unpopular because I wondering if we would end up with the similar situation to last yr when I think Brendan Hartley got no votes in Popular or Unpopular votes

Charles Leclerc - I know me voting Leclerc, I kept my admiration for him very quiet :D. but I think he is a very talented driver & is very polite too. watching in F2 impressed me then sauber he was fantastic & you can tell how well he's settled in, by how much vettel is rattled. he could've had 2 race wins but for bad luck & poor decision making from himself & strategists

Max Verstappen - he is very exiting driver which is a shame that the current state of F1 has him a bit wasted. despite 12 months being a very talented but error prone. as I mentioned he effectively handed the Monaco GP to his teammate in FP3 when he slammed it into his wall in a qualifying dress rehearsal. he managed to rein in but keep his speed & is extracting the maximum from that car. was only think last week that he is currently my driver of the year

Kimi Raikkonen - I cant help but like him, he is 1 of great characters of F1. loved his drive at the American gp last season & I think he's actually performing very well in sauber this season better than for majority of his time at ferrari

Rutherford ran the unpopular vote last year as a direct response to my request not to fill the thread with why you don't like a driver LOL.

I wasn't planning on running one myself to be honest.

I didn't realise I thought you'd done both, I might do both just to see. because I did enjoy seeing last season. which drivers we liked, disliked or worse simply didn't care about

Lando Norris because he's from my home town (and he's good)

Danny Ric. It's not working at Renault but he's a jolly nice chap.

Max Verstappen. I have Dutch family and basically he's doing well and not in a Mercedes or Ferrari.

Jenson Button, Keke Rosberg, Alan Jones.

Today's drivers just don't get me as enthusiastic. I voted for three of them, but ask me tomorrow and you'd get a different answer.

I'm finding this harder than least favourite 3 so I'll go with

LeClerc - pure class without a primadonna attitude that Verstappen has. A future champion no doubt

Hamilton - can do sublime overtakes , can put blinding laps on pole , can dominate in the rain - the closest to Senna

Ricciardo - passes like Nigel Mansell and will give you entertainment. Just hope Renault get up there

Hamilton leading from LeClerc by one vote. Defending champion tied in their with Kimi.

I really like Charles LeClerc but can someone explain to me how he got a third of the 'driver of the day' poll vote at Monaco today when his only action were one overtake, hitting a barrier and then shredding his car by not slowing down from a puncture?
