The thing that's noticeable is that Bernie moved away from Europe and the new owners are going back tot it.

Still loved to see F1 going to LeMans instead of Paul Ricard.

Bushi - The 24h circuit is too big for F1 so it'd have to be Bugatti. Not sure I've ever heard of anyone who likes that circuit.

teabagyokel why is it to big for F1?There was talk a couple of years ago tot bring the Nürburgring back, but do to safety reasons it was not possible.

Maybe they can let them run with gp2 at the same time.

Bushi - The qualifying format is insufficient for a three-minute lap for starters.

I also expect they won't want to televise a lap of that length; some of the cameras from the 24 Hours were CCTV and I doubt the FOM would be interested in paying to bring it up to F1 standard televisually.

Leave Le Mans alone! It was bad enough seeing F1 at Indianapolis. Some things are sacred.

Indianapolis is a shiite track, Le Mans would provide plenty of overtaking places.

I would much rather see F1 run on the "real" (as in the 1960s) Spa and the full 14 miles of Nurburgring than racing at Le Mans.
