Thanks Brogan. I have 100+ posts and have been registered for close to 18 months (I think), so I am assuming that while I am a Participating Member, I am not classified as a regular participator. What's the criteria for a regular participator (I didn't find anything on the thread)?

Spamming for the sake of it will result in a loss of access, even when the criteria is met, as several members have already discovered.

I don't think it's too much to ask for people to simply contribute to the community to gain free access to all of the data.

Conversely, if you want the overtaking data without the post limit, just leave your credit card number, sort code, Mother's maiden name and other major credit card details at DefinitelyNotAScam@FakeEmailAddress.co.uk

No, it would require a change of the code to do that.

I'll see what I can do about that and whether I can change the default error message.

Just sent the email. How long does it take before I get access to the overtaking data?

After a further 25 posts and being registered for at least 60 days, access to the overtaking data is granted:*

• detailed overtaking data can be viewed

Note the last bit:

That specific criteria is not made public, for obvious reasons.

Active members don't need to concern themselves with it.
It only relates to inactive members who are only ever interested in the overtaking data and nothing else.

I wasn't sure where to put this and wasn't sure if anybody else caught this but wtf1 tweeted some of the overtaking data. Here is a link to it:

I don't think that works as a link but copy and paste into the url/search bar should work, you may have to sign in to twitter.

Here is a picture of it. If given credit it could've been potentially pretty cool for the site. Sadly no credit was given. I'm not too worried about exposing the data to non-participating members because what was posted, but more that they used the data compiled by the great folks here without giving any credit.

Everyone uses the data and we rarely get credited for it, despite it clearly stating:

Totals and averages may be republished only if attributing and mentioning Clip The Apex and linking to http://cliptheapex.com.
